Using lip balm to keep our lips soft and stop them from drying out. It also stops the sun from hurting our lips, like sunscreen.Here are the basic tools you will need:
- mixing Bowl
- spoon
- Lip balm tubes
Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel (not fresh)
- 1 – 2 tablespoons Rose Water (depending on desired thickness)
- ½ tablespoon Liquid Color (red velvet color used in the video)
- Glycerin (optional) or Face Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Take a bowl.
- Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of aloe vera.
- Then, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of rose water.
- If you want a thicker balm, use less rose water.
- Now, add a few drops of color.
- Stir well with a spoon until it is mixed nicely.
- Pour it into a lip balm tube.
- Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now Your homemade lip balm is ready to use.
Tips
- Use liquid color instead of powder color for better blending.
- Apply 2-3 drops of tint to cheeks, lips, nose, or chin and blend with fingers.
- This tint can be stored for a month, but making smaller batches for freshness is recommended.
